3SK Client Features + Free Discount Code!

pusheenkittens_wlpHello lovely kittens! As some of you may know, I also run an online shop, Three Smitten Kittens, which operates on Etsy and Facebook. (◕ω◕✿) We make cosplay accessories, or basically any custom accessory that you want that can be replicated with clay, resin, foam, fabric or other craft materials. I was forced to close up shop for a few to international clients because of Paypal acting weird and closing my account, but now all is resolved and we are back in business! To celebrate, we’ll have a special discount coupon which can give anyone 15% off their total purchase~! I’ll also be giving brief highlights to our beloved clients~! ✧・゚:*✧・゚:* \(◕ω◕✿)/ *:・゚✧*:・゚✧

Where to Rent: Cosplay Costumes in the Philippines

Since I noticed many people were looking for where they can rent costumes locally, I figured it was high-time I made a post about recommended places to rent great quality costumes. You may need these for an office party, a one-time photoshoot, or even for a contest. Also, at the end I included my personal notes on renting.

Now let’s start with some Rent Shops / Costume Owners that I know of! In no particular order. I am not affiliated with any of the shops. I’m posting them here based on my experiences with them, based on what I see and hear about them (totally legit and has good feedbacks) and some may be run by acquaintances. The facebook page links are all included so you may contact THEM at their respective pages. Don’t ask me if I rent out my stuff, coz I don’t. xD

Hobbies, for a Cause! Raffles and Sales for Typhoon Haiyan Victims

A lot of people made a big fuss in the news over what is supposedly the “strongest typhoon ever to hit land in the world” which was scheduled to hit our country, the Philippines. I was pretty “meh” over it because there have been many instances where the weather bureau and the government cancelled classes over predictions of bad weather that never came true. But boy, was I wrong. The typhoon hit, and it hit with all its might.

Our country is made up of 7000+ islands, and this islet in Visayas was almost washed off the map. Entire cities and provinces ended up looking worse, or similar. This after what’s confirmed to be the strongest typhoon the modern world has ever experienced.

Tutorial Time: Polymer Clay Bangles and Armbands

Quick and Easy (and Cheap!) Tutorial Time! This week I tell everybody how to make bangles or armbands out of Polymer Clay. Most anime/game characters wear bangles or arm bands (which miraculously never fall off)  so it’s a popular accessory! You may want to try making one yourself. 919770_193032464181100_2073551715_o

This bangle was my first polymer clay bangle~ I’ve used the technique I explained here in making it. ^^

I’ve browsed local markets and most polymer clay bangles sell from between 400-800PHP, which is pretty expensive. D: I tried to calculate why this was so and by doing so figured out how to make them on the cheap(er).

Polymer Clay Starter Kit Shopping List!

claysh0p0Hello everyone! Back with my helpful post for the week. I’d like to share with everyone a “Shopping List” of sorts to help you take the leap if you want to get into the polymer clay hobby for the first time! If you’re a newbie you might think all you have to buy is clay, but there are other must-buy tools that are important that you might miss out on if no one tells you what you must buy! That’d be disastrous! Imagine having lots of clay but having no tools to work with them! D: So I decided to make this list, hopefully to help out newbies!
